Thank you for choosing MRD PRO. We are committed to delivering our professional grooming tools to barbers and stylists across North America as efficiently as possible.
Order Processing Time
We know you need your tools to keep your business running.

All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order has been prepared for shipment.
International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Important Notice: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT or GST), which are levied once a shipment reaches your destination country.

Responsibility: All charges for customs clearance, duties, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. MRD Pro may or maynot collect these fees at checkout.

Brokerage Fees: Depending on the carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.), a brokerage fee may be charged by the carrier to process the customs paperwork on your behalf.

Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping charges, any brokerage fees, and the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
Estimated Delivery Times
While we guarantee processing within 48 hours, total transit time depends on the destination and customs clearance: varies by province and customs speed
Please note: MRD Pro is not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country.
How to Check the Status of Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cs@mrdprous.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you are located in Canada or Mexico, we strongly recommend providing a physical business or residential address to ensure a smooth delivery and customs process.
