Return & Refund Policy
At MRD PRO, we stand behind the quality of our professional grooming tools. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you navigate the return process.
Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and in "like-new" condition).

It must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at cs@mrdprous.com.

Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping address and specific instructions.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping labels.

Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a formal return will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
Please note that all eligible returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover processing, inspection, and repackaging costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at cs@mrdprous.com right away. We will evaluate the issue and ensure it is corrected at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

Consumable Goods: Replacement blades, capes, mats, and individual spare parts.

Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

Final Sale: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to ensure you get the product you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved: Your refund (minus the 35% restocking fee) will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing Time: Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
